| | have you taken advantage of new technologies we have now | | it seems there are so many new technologies gadgets and accessories for computers, tv, cameras, radio and for almost every appliances and gadgets we have in our home. but i have not taken advantage of them cause i have not much money to buy them to begin with. and so i feel that if we have the money it is really worth the money to spend on those great gadgets cause they will make our life more easy and gives us more satisfaction and can give us more service. take for example usb stick. i was not aware we have that already though it has been in the market for years now. only recently have i bought the first USB stick . and i really was surprised that floppy disk are out now and USB stick are in and used to save datas and files and it holds more spaces to save more files and actually really small and easy to carry and last longer than those floppy disk. it is really funny that i was still using floppy disk when using USB disk is much much cheaper considering on how much files we can save on it and the kind of files we can save on it. and then i get to discover the USB hub to put more than one usb stick in one port so that we need to use an USB hub for that or like an adaptor.... | |

I have this problem with my computer..I have 5 USB ports in this compaq. I have 2 in the front. So the problem is the 3 USB ports in the back is not working and I need those five ports to operate all of my devices, which are:a mouse, a printer, an external DVD writer, a USB-powered speaker, and a webcam. Now I only got two devices in the back, and I intend those ports up front for my USB storage devices. I eliminated the mouse, replacing it with a ps/2 trackball. So I need a plan to use that 4 devices...I have these plans which I need opinions to.plan a: use 1 port up front, use a USB extension cord, and plug one device in it, and just use a headset instead of the USB-powered speakers...plan b: buy a USB Hub so I can have an extra 4 slots by connecting it to that one usb port up back...(i don't have money yet)I'm using plan a now. If you have any other ideas please share. Thank you. | |
| | A Japanes Gold Plated Computer Keyboard? | | Like Gold? Well most of us do, even if we don't we simply desire for it simply because of it's value. Nowadays we get to see a lot of gold plated gadgets, here's one such. This time, it's Gold Plated Keyboard manufactured by a Japanese name, Wazakura Koubou. The keyboard comes with a two-port usb hub and the keys are apparently made from 99.99% pure gold. Golden or gold plated gadgets usually look cool. But t his one is probably one of the ugliest I've ever seen. They look like chocolates wrapped in wrappers..
It's available now in Japan. And sooner, it will be out in the market worldwide..Are you going to buy this type of keyboard and why?s please share. Thank you. | |
